Average estimate gold gain from SW Bags

Let’s say I’m using 49 or 53 (i have both)
Does anyone here know the average estimate gold gain from SW bags
1. Champ bags (heirloom seed pouches, bandit purses, etc.)
2. Bags of gear (greens)
I’ve done the bag openings a few times but I never counted my gold gain. I’m going back to SW farming so i would like to know so I can keep track of it.
How many gold per stack? Or per 1k champ bags or per 1k bags of gear?
