Any recommendations on a PvE Class, because i have a no idea which is easier for PvE?

Open world PvE or dungeon PvE.
If you’re looking for high end challenging PvE it’s warrior, guardian or mesmer. Any profession is actually viable, but those are the easiest.
If you’re looking for open world survivability, then ranger and necro are very good.
Actually necros have come a long way since you’ve played.
