I haven’t played for 8 months. I have 80lvl Elementalist but now i don’t know what to do. Someone can tell me how i can gear and what i should buy/get etc.

While you are not a new player, I would recommend you look over the thread New Player Outreach for ideas.

This thread also, about general information is useful to remind you about stuff you forgot or never knew.

Also, your request for help is very general and non specific. You might want to edit and say what sort of content you like (general PvE, PvP, WvW, dungeons, fractals) as that can effect what gear is recommended.
