Guild Wars 2

I have a “Tome of the Rubicon” on my guardian (it is equipped before, thus soulbound). This item is made from the mystic forge, an ascended backpiece. I’d like to transmute it to another character. Nevermind the looks, i just want the stats. Is this possible?

unfortunatly you cannot transport a soulbound itom to another charater. it will half to be a full blown account bound itom (karka back peace) so unless the trading pst has a stone that un soulbinds an itom your pretty much stuck with it.

I think if you infuse it, it will become account bound that is how it is with ascended rings.

it’s one of the design flaws of the game. Instead of making the armors bind on account they made them on character so it’s not really alt friendly even tho they want us to have alts and buy more slots to play every class so it’s a bit counterintuitive.

^ this also works for capacitors; so i dont see why it would be any different with tomes/quivers
