Q:
Strictly asking out of curiosity and trivia as a GW1 fan: Does “Bamph!” (Rip Troggy! Q_Q) D3v H@X still exist in GW2?
I know this might sound like a silly question, but it’s a small thing I’ve always wondered. Or was it replaced with Commando skills?

prolly not, I think the dev’s and gm’s are given a dev-weapon, that looks ordinary, but gives you a set of weaponskills to move easy through Tyria without needing to deal with the foes (a soulbound weapon off course so even a corrupt dev could give it away or sell it).
Besides that cause fighting is done in an open envirement, I do believe that the use of dev skills is restricted to the testing servers and might never be visable to us normal players.
If a “corrupt” developer wanted to give a “superweapon” to someone else (which is silly, developers are not gods, and they could get fired for something like that) – making that weapon soulbound is hardly going to stop anyone.
I’m sure there is more than one person with access to the production player files, and if they wanted to set a specific character’s max health to 4,294,967,295 – it would be a simple task. But most likely not more than that.
With that being said, I’m sure the devs have their own set of commands – along the good ole’ tools we used to have: goto, wizinvis, and the BAN HAMMER!
