I cannot find where this is supposed to spawn at, I do know its part of the event chain in Wynchona Woods.

Bandit-trained Broodmother
It is not part of a chain. There are 2 or 3 NPCs around posing as the usual NPC looking for help but they lead you to the drake instead. The drake is also around even if you ignore those disguised bandits though. It’s around the bandit camp when the event is up.

Just look for a distressed fisherman NPC who will run up to you near the edge of the bandit camp as you travel to the camp from the Wynchona WP. Talk to him/her and you will be led to the camp, at which point s/he laughs, turns into a bandit, and calls in friends to attack you even as the broodmother starts pathing out of the camp.
I don’t know how long the respawn is, but if there’s a distraught NPC, you’ll get the broodmother by talking to the NPC.
Spoke with a kind person who had just finished making the Chuka bow…….the npc I wanted is just south of the waypoint. Thank you all.
