I was wondering how to access my player bank? I haven’t done the personnel story past where it lets you into the world. If that makes a difference but I can’t right click something and deposit anything.
Thanks for the help.

You inventory has a function to deposti materials in your bank (the lil cog on the top right corner then ’ deposit all materials’ )
All the other items have to be put into the bank at a bank npc. You can recognise them by a bag of coins above their head. You can also use any crafting station as a bank (done so you don’t have to keep running from your bank to you crafting station).

You need to have done the first part of the personal story (it is reasonable short, it depends on your race, but it is generally:
-talk to npc x
- go to y
- defeat bunch of enemy’s
- watch a cutscene
- defeat a kitten looking boss
- watch a video

After this you are in the open world. very near a portal into you home town (just turn around). In your home town you find crafting stations and a bank. If you don’t know where, just ask on mapchat (/m can someone show me where the bank is?) and people will answer something like [minister’s waypoint], you can click that and it will show you on the map where to go.

There’s bank access from any crafting station, or NPCs typically found in the city. For low level characters it’s usually easiest to find the portal to the city — it’s always right near where you start (that is, as soon as you’re done with the tutorial section. If you fought a boss and you’re level two, that’s all the bit you need).

For instance, for humans the portal to Divinity’s Reach is right up the road from where you start after exiting the tutorial. For Asura it’s directly behind them. Typically you can see it from where you initially started. Then find the banker icon on the city map, and go there. Or find the crafting stations (note that it doesn’t matter at all if you have a crafting discipline, you can still use the stations for bank access).

For reference, there are also consumable items from the Digital Deluxe version or from the gem store that will allow bank access from anywhere in the world. Though in general I haven’t had much of a need for these myself, it’s very easy to find access otherwise.

Once at the bank, there are two tabs (crafting stations have an additional two tabs for crafting). One is a general place for shared storage, the other is the “collectibles” tab with a specific spot for items like copper ore and green wood logs and so forth. Note that on the general tab, you can deposit money for other characters to withdraw, and you can purchase additional tabs for general storage by double clicking the lock at the bottom right — purchase with gems (which can be obtained through real world money or converting in game gold to gems, press O for the interface to that).

…probably more information than you ever needed. Also vague on direction, but if you still can’t find the bank mention which race your character is and more specifics can be given.

OK I just went to a merchant marked by the coins above their head. I have no option to see a bank or vault. When I go to my pack and right click I have no option to deposit. I have mined ore and no option is there. Really starting to get frustrated about this. I have to sell everything when my pack is full because i cant bank anything!!!

Hi, you can’t access your bank from a merchant (coins over head) only from a banker (marked by a money bag) or a crafter (marks depend on craft, e.g tailor, chef, jeweller, etc).
To move craft-able materials (leather, jute, various enemy drops like bones, totems, etc) you need to click the little cog wheel that is located at the top right of you inventory screen. Choose ‘deposit all collectibles’ and this will move them out of your inventory and store them in you bank in its own craft-able area that doesn’t take up your normal bank spaces.

EDIT: you can move your crafting items to the bank anytime from anywhere just by clicking the cog in your inventory window. To deposit/withdraw cash or put non-craftable items into your bank you need to talk to either a banker or a crafting master at a crafting station.

These links might help explain if my post doesn’t.
