Does anyone know where this “Bar Fight” activity devs have been talking about in interviews are? Or if its even implemented in the game? Thanks.

It’s not implemented yet. I believe they have told us, that although some of the mini games are ready, they want to polish them enough to make it worth as repeatable content. Various rewards and such.
