Best class to play using conditions?
Necro and Engineers are pretty condition heavy but with the way the current meta is, condition damage is pretty underwhelming.
What type of play are you looking to do? PvE/sPvP/WvW?
Well I haven’t played in over a year. I have an 80 Warrior and a 60 Mesmer. I was looking to play through the game with a very different gameplay style that’s why I thought about about conditions.
What kind of damage dominates in the current meta?
The new burning + PU mesmer is pretty sweet in WvW. Check up Osicat’s guide for it.

Necros and rangers have the best ‘damage’ by a far margin. Warrior is third in condi damage, but needs to be in melee range to be effective – and also deal way more direct damage in another spec, so using a warrior for condi is weird at best.
A lot of people are confusing ‘effectiveness’ with ‘damage’. The former depends on other things – immobs, cripple, blinds etc and sustainability, and condition removal skills. In terms of pure condition damage none of the other classes can get close to these two.
