Are daily quests the only way you can get them? Or is there a better way?

I want that endless mystery cat tonic. Really bad. But 100 Laurels…

so far 1 laurel for daily and 10 for monthly. Could change with added methods in the future but nothing has been made clear about this.

This is wrong, you can get the daily PvP or the daily pve, not both.

basically 40 laurels a month, laurels have been in about 3 months ish right?

PvP monthly gave 10 extra, last month. Don’t know if that carries now.

(in addition to the PvE monthly)

when laurel was implemented? i dont think we have more than 4 months whit this “no grind” dialy stuff;

1 month doing all daily can give you max: 50 laurels. 10 pvp, 10 pve, 1 laurel daily per 30 day=50 laurels.

5 month whit the daily currency= 5×50=250 laurels

so basically you need 20 months doing daily each day including pvp and pve months to get 1000 laurels

so now some genius explain

i will keep refreshing this until someone tell me how to get 1000 laurels in 4 months. some dev can join us.

If one’s vision is sufficiently blurred then an arbitrary number of 0s can be added!

As for the tonic thing there was apparently a bug with the March monthly that gave laurels for both PvP and PvE instead of being mutually exclusive.

I missed the first day and just got to 105 yesterday by completing the monthly. On March 26, you could get an extra daily since they added pvp laurels that day. You could also get 10 extra from the pvp monthly if you had already done the pve monthly before the update. So 4 monthlies for 40 + 67 (including today, the first day which you only had a few hours to do, and the extra pvp one) from dailies is the highest possible atm.

Edit: I never got the extra pvp daily as I didn’t read about this until the 27th.

SO, you can have 108:

Jan – 4 (no monthly)
Feb – 10 + 29 = 39
Mar – 20 + 32 = 52
Apr – 10 + 3 = 13

=108

1000 laurels in 4 months? Impossible.

100 laurels in 4 months? Easy.

By doing the daily every day, you get 1 laurel, totaling to roughly 30 laurels a month.

By doing the monthly, you get 10 Laurels, making that a total of 40 laurels a month.

4 * 40 = 160.

Meaning in 4 months, you can get 160 laurels, more than enough for the cat tonic.

what sucks about laurels is they are needed to get ascendant earrings and amulets. As far as I know, those two items don’t drop in fotm no matter how many or how high a lev you run
