Binding the left mouse button?
^Yeah that is the best way.
You do lose some utility:
- for example “about turn” does not work so you’d have do that manually with the mouse.
- ground targeting is harder when zoomed far from your character, meaning you need to quickly toggle the crosshair off for a ground targeted ability at range, move the cursor to cast, then toggle it back on again.
- you have to toggle off/on for any npc dialogue interface.
Apart from that it is well worth the auto attack on left click, and no finger strain on the right mouse button… I wouldn’t play without it.
