Heya , the Blacktide server is full , i am new to the game and i want to play on that server with my 2 best friends, what can i do ? What we have to do ? ArenaNET dont let us play 2gheter only if we pay server transfer ?

Server transfers do not cost anything.
Also, try waiting till offpeak times. Servers are rarely classed as full then.
What means offpeak times ? Tyvm.
Offpeak means the times not many people will be playing. So if the server time is US east coast, then late afternoon/all evening, the server will be full. Early/mid morning US east time, it will not be full, so it will be offpeak.
