Where is the permenant blade shade locatated. You can still mine the blade shards from mines. So there must be a vendor somewhere.

it’s actually called the temporary blade shard vendor. He was with the zephyrites, so I’ve been spreading the rumor he was a casualty of that crash in Dry Top.
they still drop because they are used to make one of the fancy back pieces.
if you don’t want/need the back piece, just destroy them. or you can hold onto them for months until the vendor comes back so you can trade 100 blade shards for a green item worth 2s. Bank space, imo, is worth more than 5s per space (stack of 250 = 2.5 green items).
