I just saw on wiki that the Ley-Energy Matter Converter sells Boxes of WvW Supplies but I don’t find it on the tabs. Is there a something I should buy to unlock them??

No need for any special unlocks.

“The other tabs consist of two currency containers and three other items of the lists which change every day.”

Wvw supplies do appear sometimes, just wait and check the tabs every day.

I see them a few times a month, not more. For some reason, they don’t stack with the ones available from the guild commendation trader in the gh.
