I’m looking for the best possible breathing apparatus I can get for my character. I was wonder if there is a level 80, Exotic-quality breathing apparatus that has:
+power
+precision
+crit dmage %.

I looked at the wiki and it said the upgrades to this slot can be bought from karma vendors though it didn’t say which can be found where.

Any assistance would be useful. Thanks!

The best I’ve found so far has been the level 80 green from the karma vendor at Gavbeorn’s waypoint in Cursed Shore. I’d be interested to hear about better ones.

Anyone else have more info on this? I figure there must at least be a rare version somewhere?

Does it give you armor and stats OUTSIDE water?

Also, why hasn’t anet given us a disable button yet? It looks horrible with my armor…

Given how the trident does not give stats outside the water, I’d have to say this probably doesn’t either. Still, there are events I do underwater.
