I was just trying to buy some gems from the Black Lion but failed.
I tried both paypal and credit card with no luck.

Just wanna see if this happens to others as well or just only me. Thanks.

I haven’t yet risked attempting to buying gems.

I’m waiting for a long period of server stability before I try any of that.

I had an issue a few days ago where neither option worked for a couple hours. In general it has worked fine overall though (have bought lots of gems).

You’ll likely need to make a support ticket about this as there have been some payment issues with some types of debit cards.

I haven’t had any issue buying gems. I’ve been using Paypal and it’s worked fine.

Bought fine during head start, since then haven’t been able to. Three different cards, all work fine elsewhere, and paypal, none work for about a week now.

I ordered some gems about 5 days ago, and the transaction was successful. I used Paypal.

As a PSA, if you’re using a credit card don’t ever click the “purchase now” or “complete transaction” buttons more than once, or you will likely be charged multiple times once the lag is sorted out.
