So, Cadeyrn, founder of the Nightmare Court, and a boss in Twilight Arbor.
What profession is he?!!
On his Guild Wars 2, wiki page, it says he is a “capable warrior”. Now I understand technically it might just be saying he fought and killed stuff and all, that type of warrior.
But if he’s not a warrior, what is he?
The armor he wears in the Twilight Arbor dungeon is the cultural armor for a Sylvari medium armor user. So medium armor uses, if that was all, I’d just assume he was a Ranger. But no, he uses a staff! Not only that his skills are mesmer based. Turns you into a cat, and using confusion spells!
Is it possible the be a medium armor user, and equip a staff?
Or did Guild Wars 2 just put him together special?

Well the Nightmare Court is hardly “standard”. We see them using whips as weapons on a regular basis, for a basic but obvious example.

Remember too that Cadeyrn is a lore NPC & as such, is more powerful than us…in a sense. For example, Master Examplar Countess Anise can create what, ten illusions of herself when we can only make three.

Think of it like that.

Put him together special. NPCs don’t have to follow the same rules as PCs.
