I heard something about carrying supplies.. but I’m not sure how to do that.

Does anyone have any detailed advice they could share on how I can gain WXP without needing to go into the big battles? (I drop to 1 fps when there is more than 15 players around)

Capturing Supply Camps, killing Dolyaks and just being in the capture circle of a tower cap will give you WXP, not too sure about killing/capping Sentries.

with no kills? hmmm… use supplies on siege weapons, walls and doors. Escort caravans, though you may need to fight something along the way. I think upgrading towers gives xp. Puzzle jump. Exploration. All I can think of off the top. Can try each and see what you get. I know some have titles, sooo…

You don’t need to be a pacifist just avoid the zergs. You can still fight 3v3. Get 2 friends and cap camps, kill yacks/sentries. After flipping a camp go repair a wall somewhere or build defensive siege with your supply. Just avoid the zergs, its easier to do if you stay out of EB (that map is crowded).

With that FPS you could be a great scout. You could sit in a tower/keep and call out when your frames drop because you know a zerg is getting close.

I’m sure you’ve already tried this but have you played with the new graphic settings for WvW? Putting the character quality on lowest does absolutely amazing things for your FPS.

Do the PvE events like Dredge, Hylek, cull the mosquitoes etc. These are easy to do and you can do it solo and award WXP. I believe all events do, but I haven’t checked them all for sure. Also Ive found I can do certain events and then don’t get WXP when I do them again later so there might be some cap on them or something. The other easy one you can do is flip supply camps. These should be small groups/solo events (although zergs do them too). You can solo supply camps by yourself, just watch out for the supervisor buff which lasts 4minutes after it has flipped. If your running solo your are better to wait for the buff to clear and then cap it.

Yeah some of the zerg fights you get you get skill lag even at lowest settings. Im on holidays and played during prime time and there were some 80v80s going on and I had to back up away from the fight and fight on the outskirts so I could cast/attack. During my prime time (Oceanic), I don’t seem to have that problem as much, but during the peak hours of NA it seems it can get pretty bad if your in a high pop server. Before this, I hadn’t experienced skill lag that bad other than in three ways in StoneMist.

That made me wonder, do you get anything for just using supply on anything? Helping to build an item or repair something? If not, that is a shame, because I’ll often help in WvW by running supplies to help build or repair things.
