Can I listen to a specific zone chat?

Let’s say I am in area X.

Is there some way for me to listen to/write in Lion’s Arch map chat, while being at area X?

Preferably, I’d love to recieve messages from both Lion’s Arch and the area I am at.

Are there any chat commands that can do this?

No the map chat is for the current map only.
