I need help with this.. don’t have the skill points for this.

Why not just buy it on the TP? That’s what it’s there for. Otherwise, make it yourself. The whole point of the TP is to turn crafting, material gathering, and other labor into profit for the people who make things. Asking someone to make the Anomaly for you means they’ll be putting their own resources into it, and making it for you for free means they’re not coming out even, they’ll be losing out by spending their skillpoints on you.

If you run the champ train in Frostgorge you will get skill point scrolls. The Queensdale champ train also gets you some but not as many.

meh it’s only 50 skill points, around 2 days of farming dungeons…

Ummm….try 250 skill points. The anomaly costs a scroll and a blood stone.

I can do this, but the skill points won’t be free of charge!

just ask to 250 players with the krait obelisk in their home instance to let you enter and use it xD

Yeah, 250 skill points. That’s an awfully big favor to be asking. That’s a lot of leveling past where you are finish using up your skill points on getting utility skills. And skill points have a monetary value since they can be used in the mystic forge to make items.

If someone does do this they will probably charge you for them. The problem is of course that you have to trust that they will give you back the completed item.

I personally suggest you wait. Run the Frostgorge champ train a few times a day every day. That’s a good way to get the scrolls. It will take a while but it’s a sure thing.

Until you can get it, may I suggest the Peacemaker focus. When being held it has a purple glow. It’s a reasonable substitute for the Anomaly and it’s 63k karma. Sold by the Asuran cultural weapon seller in Rata Sum. The picture here doesn’t show the full glow. It’s more than what this picture shows.

I wish the Anomaly I have sitting in my bank wasn’t soulbound, otherwise I would give it to you. (I woke up one day and realized I had too many glowy things and they made me a light bulb, so I had to cut back)

Definitely run the Frostgorge champ train. I have stacks and stacks of skill point scrolls in my bank because I do it quite regularly. You’ll have 250 in no time.

Search for “spirit links” on the tp. Similar purple glow, much more affordable.

Thanks, I’ll run that train for future skill pt farming. I actually created it already by getting skill pts on the maps and then crafting my craft levels up until I got enough pts. Although I didn’t realize that the ectoplasms costs another 100g which took a huge blow to my gold..

It’s costly all right. The nice thing is though you have that skin now and can apply it to any of your alts that have a focus after the patch.

I’m surprised that you don’t have tpskill points to spare after doing world exploration. By the time I got into making my legendary I had 300 spare skill points (prior to the days of skill point scrolls) and had no idea what to so with them. And I you wanted to know, I got Zap in the first Southsun event and had all the parts for that Gift a few months later, despite a three month break over Christmas.
