Can anyone identify this armor (pants)?

I really like the pants, but I don’t know what they are called. Also searched around websites like: http://www.gw2armor.com/ and http://www.gw2armorgallery.com with no help. PLUS, I asked, but got no response from, the owner — she was a thief so has to be medium. Any help here would be awesome! Thanks

If you are a norn you can also try the cultural pants T1, T2, T3. They also look very nice and similar.
