Guild Wars 2

So I just got back into the game and my love for condition builds has me searching. I’ve played a necro since day one and am looking for something new and exciting. I really want to make my Mesmer condition. I know that they’re sub optimal as condition spec so I’m here to see if anyone has a condition build with or without chrono. I looked on metabattle and found nothing but I know it’s outdated. Thanks for any replies.

Mesmer can put out really nice condition damage but they had problems with controlling the mobs they where up against. Chronomancer has wells that give cripple and chill etc so this is not a problem. I run occasionally a shatter condi mesmer and do not have huge issues with it. Mileage may vary.

I got curious about mesmer condi so I ended up creating this. I don’t know how it performs live but you can test it if you want. Your primary condis are torment and confusion that comes from weapon skills and shatters. You want to shatter a lot! The traits I picked should grant you easy access to having many clones up to shatter. I just threw full viper there because I have no idea what you can get and the strength sigil is there to get you some personal might stacks that boost your condis. And the wells with alactrity should help with cooldowns.

I occasionally take my WvW condi mesmer into PvE and she is slow and steady. Not good for group instances, but for open world she gets it done just fine. Then again so does everything…
