Just something I’m curious about, as arenanet adds more and more items that consume bloodstone dust or dragonite ore they are starting to take up space in my bank, so my question is simple, if I deleted one of these gizmos would I be able to reobtain them somehow or are they gone forever?

As they are rewards for achievements i would say no, you cannot get them a second time if you throw them away.

Do you have a character you don’t use often? Or a spare character slot?

You could always give them items you don’t want to get rid of but don’t want in your bank.
