No idea what light armor set that is. Any help would be appreciated. Been searching for hours now.

its a mix, but predominately it is the Seer set, the shoulders im not sure on

I think it’s acquired through rare drops at high levels, not sure where else? (Other than the trading post, that is).

I belive the shoulders are a skin you could get during the karka event and they should be buyable of the TP. (try search something like “shoulder skin” and it should get up some options.)
