I created am oiled ancient rifle stock. Went to hero point location in V Brink, won’t charge it. Anybody know what the problem is?

It’s a Charged Rifle Barrel that you need for your collection, which comes from a Oiled Orichalcum Rifle Barrel

The stock is the Machined Rifle Stock from noxious pods.
