Guild Wars 2

Hey,
I’m fairly new to dungeons so I’m not certain I did everything correctly. I completed the story mode of caudecus’s manor and want to play exp now, but when I walk up to the gate the prompt only gives me story mode. Did I do something wrong? Am I missing something?

Are you trying with the same character you did the story mode?
The explorable mode is character bound, not account.

Are you level 45 (required by exp mode)?

Did you be sure to not leave before after you got the second reward? I have seen ppl leave before the ending scene is completed for some in party, therefore not getting story unlocked

And the two others give other examples of problems
