I got my pc back after a friend of mine fixed it, so i had to reinstall the gw2 game, but when it starts installing it starts downloading the game itself, but then it just suddenly stops.. anyone know why?

Have you hit your download allowance / bandwidth if your limited? Also check with the Internet provider for problems in the area sounds like that to me alternately make sure all folders and everything is deleted about gw2 then redownload the program from the site
Reinstall isn’t really necessary if you still have the Gw2.exe and Gw2.dat. Unlike most other programs those are the only files you really need for GW2. There is also the Local.dat but that is just for saving settings and things like email and password if you have that enabled.
If you are running the installer I think it does a check for system requirements and stops if it thinks the system doesn’t meet the minimum.
As i said, i had to reinstall everything, so when i got my computer back i didnt have any programs or files at all, besides from the basic ones.
