I can’t sell my junk to a vendor in the field? Can anybody tell me why or what I have to do?

Is it in an invisible bag?

Anything that’s in one of those won’t show up in the sell window, even if it’s junk. Considering bags are filled automatically from top to bottom when you loot it’s possible the junk items ended up in one.

Check the name of the bag in your inventory window and maybe try moving it into another bag to see if it makes a difference.

You should also know that any item bought with Karma can`t be sold or salvaged, only destroyed. It was really annoying until I figured that one out.

Some junk related to “collect X” DE and Hearts is also unsellable.

Karma items can be dumped in the MF too. Might as well see what comes of it if I’m just going to destroy it anyway!

Items that don’t have a coin value displayed in their tooltip can’t be sold, as they’re effectively worth 0 to a vendor.

You’ve likely come across items tied to a specific event. If a grey item’s description reads “Event item” This means that the items was collected as part of an event or heart task and has no other use. its best to simply throw these away unless you’re planning on doing the event it’s connected with again soon. In the case of event items connected with heart tasks just trash them, as once you’ve completed the heart you can’t do it again on that character, and all event items are soulbound.
