I’ve caught a speed hacker few hours ago(with fraps), and tried to send to exploits@arena.net a report with a clip(since speed hacker can’t be captured in a screen shot/s) but i got error message for undelivered mail. Whats the reason? And if i cant send clips, how should i report effectively such players?
Click on their characters, right click in name tag picture top centre screen, drop down menu>report-will give a number of options including: botting/selling gold etc.
