Guild Wars 2

Since the recent release of HoT I wanted to try out the new spec for my class but found that it its quite expensive in terms on hero points. Prior to the release I had maxed every training, I now face the issue of there are not enough hero points left in the world (unless you can still get them from releveling to 80, which I can no longer see because of masteries). So is there a way to take hero points out of skills/specs so I can put them into the new spec?

You need all the core trait/utility skills maxed before starting to unlock the elite spec anyway.

If you cant get them in the world due to to low mastery, do wvwvw and unlock random hot hero point by buying stuff from a vendor for badges + other stuff you earn in wvw now
