Guild Wars 2

Okay, so I absolutely suck with fighting apparently because I cannot kill the Avatar of Baltzhar on my Mesmer Charr. I just started this game a few days ago, but the storyline is always VERY hard for me…
I’m not sure what I am doing wrong.

Im using a level 28 (Downranked) Mesmer.
I had Decoy, Mirror Images, and Defender for uti.
Using GS, sword/focus

But I always die in like 4 hits :/

Can anyone try to help explain if I may be doing something wrong.

hmmmm, first off all, if you are in eu district im happy to help you out. Second off all, i’ve searched the wiki bit dont know wich story bit your talking bout, could you please tell me the name of the personal story??

At the top it says “Misplaced Faith”.

ah thank you. Sorry I cant help you in game cause im on eu-servers. I remember it now though.

If I remember it right the big mistake you can make is to concentrate on the avatar. The best thing is to use the npc’s to tank him and avoid him yourself and focus on the adds. When you got the avatar all alone he is rather easy.
