716 / 717 POI’s.. Sooooo annoying, ive 100% every map in the game, including all 4 WvW maps, and all 30 Kryta maps too, I’ve double checked all the maps about 5-6 times in the last few hours and there all 100%, i asked people around LA if dungeon POI’s counted, because i know i missed one in Arah, but they said they don’t count. So yeah, I’m stuck with this 1 POI in the whole game, anyone got any other ideas where it might be?

Also, (Note for GM’s) the level 80 story mission “Ships of the line” is bugged, well at least for me. The part when you get to the lower Deck and kill the ozze’s and fill the holes. I try going through the door down the stairs on the ship and it just keeps teleporting me back onto the deck. tried everyway possible, does the same thing.

So if anyone has any ideas on the POI let me know please Thanks!

Wasnt sure whether the counter just forgot to count the last POI or something, got no idea where it might be

I can’t recall but I think there might be a POI in the hidden Whispers Hideout/Den in Lion’s Arch. Do you have that one?
edit: oh wait- there isn’t one otherwise it would not have been hidden, sorry!

Have you zoned in every zone 5-6 times to check? Don’t think it helps looking at other zones trough the world map. Try chantry of secrets again. I remember there was a few hours rollback in accounts some days ago, you might have gotten it there and then it got undone?

yup, zoned all maps 5-6 times, going to each poi including chantry of secrets. Every map i have says 100% and i got the chest from every map, so i don’t know what’s going on here x)

Sound weird. Have you zoned in every WvW zones as well? Asking this because of the long queues. My next advice would be to actually zone in every of these 4 zones again if you already havent in some time. Best in the morning when there are almost no queues

Ask a friend or someone to look at the maps for you (don’t give out your account info, I mean have someone look at it over your shoulder in real life).

You probably just can’t see it because your brain is running all the tallies together and is flustered / fatigued. This is very common. It’s part of why writers need editors and accountants need auditors. You practically become blind to the information – your brain will tell you what you expect to see instead of what’s really there.

Having someone else look it over will, at minimum, allow you to write down the zones that you really do have completed. At best, your friend will find the missing POI or confirm that you really do suffer a bug.

If you never played GW1 the PoI in the Eye of North map might be easy to miss. To get there go to the karma merchant in Lion’s Arch in the undermarket to get a portal stone (it’s free) and travel there. In the second room called the scrying pool is a poI.

For those who have played GW1, never mind, hope you find that last point soon

Dumb idea probably. Did you check the completion of the cities also?

done all of that, like i said got 100% everywhere, checked every map, all the cities, all WvW maps, all Kryta maps, everything, and still says im missing 1 :/

There’s a PoI in the Hall of Monuments. I have always wondered if it mattered for 100% completeion. did you get that one yet?

Have you completed your personal story? I cant confirm it myself but ive heard there’s a PoI you can only get through your story

i have the same problem (kyrta, wvw, pvp map check) i suppose that it can be a bug o something wrong in my account

I have the same problem, I have 711/717 , but I have spotted 5 Poi’s in Eternal battlegrounds which I will be able to grab the next week, all maps are 100%, all WvW borderlands are 100% , All towns are 100%, went into HoM and chantry of secrets still can’t find it.
One more guildy has the same problem.

Hey Ryan, you have the last POI i need at Malchor’s Leap, Doric’s Shrine. Feel like sharing how you got it/found it? I have been searching for it for over 3 hours now, still can’t find it. I’m merely trying to complete this map though, not the entire world. Only half way there.

Ok I did go to the eternal battlegrounds once more after the patch and I can see now 22/28, before that it was 22/27 so I suppose there was a “hidden poi” , if anyone had the same please reply.

Hall of Monuments poi does not count for 100% world completion.

Same here 716/717…its really annoyin. I double checked major cities&WvW maps, spent like 1g teleporting between maps etc.. And yeah Hall of Monuments doesn’t count..

I was about to yank my hair out at trying to get 100% on the Frostgorge map one day. Come to find out the POI I needed was UNDER a Heart thus hiding. I don’t know if fixed that yet. IT shows up on the Guidlhead.com map.

For all you people still missing 1 poi:

Go to the chantry of secrets via the asura gate in fort trinity, you get an extra special secret POI that you don’t get from going there from the bloodtide coast entrance.

716/717 and this is not POI in Chantry
