Celestial crafting not possible?
You have to purchase the recipes. They are now only avail on the TP as the Bazaar of the Four Winds has closed.
Just search for ‘Celestial Pearl’ and you can see the avail recipes for purchase.
Both the celestial inscription and the celestial item you are trying to make require a recipe that can be bought off of the TP.
These are not discoverable.
Might want to check the wiki for EXACTLY what name is of the item you want to craft before buying the recipe…..(so you don’t buy the WRONG one).

Since I was that bored. The last link shows all the recipes that have been available to that time as the Bazaar was around and most of those recipes are available on the trading post, unless they are stating that it’s account bound.
If you are making celestial weapons you might as well go with the ascended ones. No point in wasting charged crystals.

This.
Also, no point in buying an recipe for something outclassed in every way by the Ascended celstial tier.
I agree, there’s no point in going for the exotic celestial stuff right now – most of the recipes cost an arm and a leg just to buy, let alone the materials needed to make the item. You might as well save your charged quartz crystals like I am, and wait for the ascended versions to come out.
Some of the celestial armour recipes for example, cost something insane like 100 gold per piece. Soooo not worth it if you ask me – in fact, by the time you buy 1 or 2 exotic celestial armour recipes, you could afford 500 armorsmith instead (when it comes out of course, and assuming it costs roughly the same as the other level 500’s).
