Guild Wars 2

Has anyone done this event? Do you get anything for it (achievement, good loot, etc.), or is just like any other event? I’m asking because the way you go about starting the event is interesting (throw the heart of fire, fragment of earth, etc into the lava). I don’t want to get together people to do the event if it is not worth it.

It’s a ‘regular’ dynamic event. It’s worth doing once for the novelty, twice for the fun, thrice and more for the karma farm.

is the event broken on crystal desert server broken? i have taken all 4 of the needed items up and down the are its meant for but nothing is happening…

It works, it is very obscure though, you need to go almost all the way up the volcano (follow the lava falls) and at the base of the top pool you should be able to target and interact with a small area of lava and get an option to “spice things up.”
