I’mdoing achievements to get the class ascended weapon you get by completing elite collections in hot.
After you choose the stats you can change it in the mystic forge like any other weapon?

Yes. You’ll get corresponding ascended item (like “Zojja’s Spire” for making a zerker staff from Bo). You can then transmute any skin over it.

Bare in mind you need the exotic “Bersekers Orichalcum Imbued Inscription” and NOT the ascended Zojjas Inscription.
