Guild Wars 2

Hey all. First, I would like to say I am a long time ranked WoW player and this game is a SURPRISING breath of fresh air and the most responsive, engaging and polished MMO I have ever played besides WoW.

I finally found something to play along side it!

Now, for my two part question and suggestion. Guild Wars 1 allowed you to purchase character re-creation. My level 22 thief does not look the way I want him to. Are there plans to add this to the gem store? IF SO, how long do you think until it is implemented?

The reason I ask the second, because if it will be a while, I will just re-create my character.

My suggestion is that you put the height slider in foot and inches. I thought my character was tall enough but he is way too small.

I say recreate while it is low level, will take couple days to catch up when you know where to go and what to do. And also smaller – better because it is harder to target you in pvp

I would say there are things like this planned, GW2 will probably have all the cash shop things that GW1 had and more, but they’re not implemented yet.

Ugh… one part of me knows I will level fast because I am experienced in the game now, but the other side of me doesn’t want to do it because of all the Karma I have, the profession leveling I have achieved and all the sick abilities I just got.

It is unfortunate that I am extremely cosmetic oriented. It is bothering me SO MUCH that my character does not look the way I want him to. ;/

Just keep going like I am. I want to change my character’s look too but I know that I just can’t be bothered to make a new char and explore/build up again. :p
