Could not find it with the search tool; too many unrelated hits. So here goes!

If you delete a character, do you lose all achievements specifically bound to that character?
E.g. I delete an Asura that has a set of Tier armour. Do these achievement points for it vanish or do they stay?

I’m quite sure that all achivements are accountbound. Just try loging in on a different character and you will be able to view all achivements made by the first character. Also if you lost the achivements you will lose the achivement points as well, and that would be wierd.

I would say that you can delete your character without risk but can’t tell for sure since I’ve never tried.

I’ve deleted a character, and I can confirm that the achievements for completing that race’s storyline remained. He didn’t have any cultural weapons or armor, so I can’t say for sure whether those achievements also stay. My guess would be that they do, since the achievement seems to be earned on purchase.
