Q:
Charr or Human
I’d go Necro charr as its kind of fitting considering they’re rife with ghosts and phantoms
I’d go Charr Necro and Human Ranger. Aesthetically I think you’ll be happier with that decision. At least I would. Charr light cultural looks pretty awesome too. Humans look the best in the medium armor selections.
If IRC Charrs are not very fond of magic lorewise so if you care about this stuff go with Charr ranger.
Make a Charr and a Human, then take them to the Heart of the Mists and look at armors in the PvP locker.
I don’t know if going Charr Necromancer is worth it as there are only a few sets of armor that fit him, but most of the sets fit the Human one. But I really want to play the Charr storywise but I don’t like the look of most of the light armor sets on them, the medium ones are “ok”.
Go into the Mists, to your PvP locker, and preview the Flame Legion Light armor on a Charr.
You’ll never play anything else again.
I can’t speak for the charr, but I found that the human medium armor sets while leveling up, to be pretty blah-tastic. If you aren’t a fan of longrider coats and bandit masks, you’re probably going to get pretty sick of your character’s look, very quickly. I found human light armor to be much more varied, diverse and interesting.
Well, I think those bandit armors are just sexy, those rawhide gloves for example
Charr Necro player right here. Totally works.
It’s a medical condition, they say its terminal….
Don’t care for the Charr myself….running on all fours just feels too uncoordinated and clumsy. To each their own though. Come to think of it though, I guess I don’t play anything other than Norns or Humans.
