Well how do I do it?
You don’t. You have to represent the guild you want to talk to.
Fixed for clarity.
To represent a guild, go to the guild window, select the guild you want to represent from the list on the left, and click the “Represent” button near the bottom. There’s no limit on the number of times you can change representations, so you are free to jump between guild chats as much as you like.

According to wiki you can only chat in the guild you’re representing:
http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Guild
“Each player account can belong to multiple guilds. However, each character may only represent one guild at a time; only that guild earns influence from the character’s actions. In addition, the character only has access to guild features of the represented guild, notably shared storage, buffs, and guild-wide chat. "
There’s only one /g so I don’t see how to chat in multiple guilds.
Well thanks, too bad you can’t. I would assume that you could just form a new guild chat for each guild, say /AMG or /AAA or whatever your guild code is.
Yeah, sorry about that. Forgot the punctuation to make it easier to know what I was meaning. Sometimes my fingers are faster then my brain
