Guild Wars 2

Hi guys,
Was hoping that you could perhaps link me a good (updated) chef and weaponsmith guide both from 1-400.
I already tried to search some for myself, but many of them are unfortunately not updated too well and were made before the karma vendor nerfs.
Would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou.
