I’ve spent several hours trying to get through the City of Hope personal story Maze, even though I’ve seen it on Youtube and tried doing the same, I just can’t in the time provided. I can only get two of the markers before time runs out. My timer is almost half way out by the time I reach the first Marker, even when I run up the stairs and glide.

I’ve quit the game, started a new character, but my mesmer is still my favorite one to play, but since I can’t get through the maze I feel I’ll never be able to finish my Personal Story. Is there any way I can skip this part? Any one else having the same problem?

It’s making me so depressed I feel I’m almost ready to quit the game altogether.

Finally I got it
I learned not to glide to the runes, but instead to walk to them. After several more attempts I finally got it.

Using portal works there. It made this very easy for me. Just saying

Just running works very well already.

Or just run up top and drop down to get each one. I usually have a little more than half the timer left by the time I get the final one.
