its listed in the patch notes under Dungeon — Fractals
“A Pristine Fractal Relic has been added to the daily rewards for scale 10 and higher. 10 Pristine Fractal Relics can be turned in to Golem Merchant BUY-4373 for an Ascended Ring.”
In Fractal dungeon, you get a “daily” reward for doing the even # levels, ie 10,12,14 etc
has nothing to do with DE chains, only fractal dungeon runs
So youll see a lot of lvl 10 runs :p
