So what, exactly, are the rewards for “clearing a map”…all vistas, all skill points, etc etc etc…?

It’s everything listed on the left side when you open the map… Waypoints, skill points, vistas, and PoIs.

you get some coin, a token and exp, It’s generally fun just to map everywhere. The rewards get better as you go along Could also get a black lion key to open those sneaky chests.

Also usually a stack of crafting materials.

The rewards depends on the map. For all maps, you some money, experience and basic transmutation stones. In addition for any map that is not a city, you get map level appropriate gear (2-3 items I think) and common crafting material as well.

If you enjoy playing the game, yes. If you’d rather play hello kitty, I’d say no.

Depends on what you like to do with this game. I am fully exploring all the maps (and that includes doing the optional jumping puzzles in them) because I like to do so, not for the completion rewards. Many people do it for the sake of completion.

were it not for the occlusions in the geometry, jumping puzzles would be a lot more fun.
