I have downloaded the client to my home computer but want one for my laptop because i travel a lot for work. How do i get it for my laptop?

Go to Guild Wars 2.com, log in, go to My Account and click the Download Client button.

I dont see a download button when i log in. There is a purcahse now button, where do you see DL ?
