Where is the weapon specialist for Cold-Forged Exotic Weapon?
Wiki doesn’t offer any maps to show exactly where, it just offers character pictures which is annoyingly useless. It says hes in Bitterfrost Frontier, Hailstone Floe, Judgment Pass.
I must be blind because Ive done laps around Hailstone Floe and cant find him. Where is he exactly?

The vendor is directly on the “Judgement Pass” point of Interest all the way in the south of the map.
No special requirements are needed to reach him.
OK wow, thx for that, i was running laps to the NE where Hailstone Floe is written on the map, Judgement Pass is far from there.

I find it almost insulting that the HoT & LW S2 / 3 maps, which for the most part you cannot enter below level 80 by normal means, give you Exos below 80 upon map completion (in fact i’ve yet to recieve anything but underleveled ones), but this is just a kick in the face.
If you account for all possible tradable stat sets and skins from exotic weapons the “kittenty ones” still outweigh the valuable one by a large margin even if there are only L80 in the pool.
Yes, in theory exotics can drop as low as 62, but come on… for a currency that so far can only be acquired via BL Chests there should be a little bit more payoff.
opened 4 in the end, none were lv80 exotics, but one was a Shield of the moon, so I got a nice skin. it just sucks that you sacrifice 3/9 slots of the BL-chest for a minor chance at something decent at best.
