Is there a heavy armor that looks like this?

The armor you get by spending tokens from the Arah dungeon is very similar to the left side one.

Edit: You spend the tokens (shards) at the vendor in Lions Arch near the WvW portals. You can also talk to him just to preview the armor if you wish to get a better look.

I got the image from the same page you just linked. Im asking if there is an armor that looks like that. the Orrians do not.

Well, there’s also karma sets in Malchors leap and Cursed Shore that also look simar. They are obtained from an npc when temples are taken over. That concept art looks like it inspired those two sets, the karma ones and dungeon.
