So, I just fought a dragon with a bunch of other people while playing my bleed focused Engineer and I noticed that only my basic attack was doing damage. I don’t think any of my conditions were applying to the dragon and because my damage was so low I did not receive any reward. I decided to see why that was but had trouble finding a reliable source. However, I did read that only the 25 most powerful bleeds will be applied, meaning only a few of the people in the very large group were putting bleeds on the boss. Is this correct? Should I alter my spec so that I can get credit on large world events? How do bleeds and other condition stacks work?
Yeah. I thought this was so stupid the second I found it out. Why would it be limited to a certain amount of anything? Vulnerability I can maybe see because before you know it you’d have the boss taking 500%+ dmg but so what? Isn’t that the point of classes having thatkittenskill? SO THEY CAN STACK THEM? Having trouble balancing things maybe, AN?
