I’m a long way from having all the resources, but I’d like to at least start a precursor journey, and begin working on what I can. I play warrior, rev, mesmer (working on a dragonhunter).

Bolt seems a good choice since I could use it on all of them, but I’ve never actually seen it in game. I like the concept, but I’d like to have an idea of what it will look like during fight animations (esp rev skill 3 or mes skill 2). And what’s the ‘lightning death animation’ the wiki mentions? Could someone link to a video for me?

I also, like Kudzu (though it wouldn’t be as useful) but I’m wondering how the golden/flowery thing interacts with warrior flames…

Are one-handed legendaries any easier to get than two-handed? How do the new legendaries compare for cost?

We’re going to devote our energies to sports, gardening, all the cultural pursuits;
in fact, we’re going to put the goons to sleep.
Meanwhile – we dig.

Wait till all the new legendaries will be introduced. Especialy the longbow.

One handed precursors are cheaper to craft than two handed but making the legendary itself is mostly the same cost.

Lightning death animation is just because it deals lightning damage but that is not exclusive to Bolt. An elementalist attuned to air will trigger the same. IIRC guardian staff will do it as well.

Bolt effectively overwrites the damage type for many skills, but with most weapons it is usually the other way around.
