I was just on a little bit ago had been playing a decent bit. Anyways I noticed that I had stat called corruption that had been stacked 6 times and hadn’t had a timer or anything on it. I’m not sure how I ended up with it. As far as I know no one had casted anything on me and I checked all my equipment to see if any of them had any buffs that put it on me. I didn’t find anything. The buff gave added stats to condition damage.

Its a sigil on one of your weapons. Each time you kill something you get one stack. There are also sigils that work the same way but with power (bloodlust), precision (perception), and toughness (momentum).

If you don’t see the sigil on your regular weapons then check the underwater ones. Those, unfortunately, are easy to forget about.

I have check all the sigils for all weapons including the underwater ones and even checked out the armor ones but didn’t see anything. Honestly never had it happen before is why I find it strange I have changed my armor set or weapon set in a while which is about to change soon anyways but that is besides the point.

Well it is a sigil, be it underwater or on land. So check again

As it was said it is a sigil, check both land a underwater weapons, remember that you have a second set of weapons and that you can have 2sigils be it a dual handed weap or 2x 1hand weaps.
