Crafted Precursers Tradeable?
They can be traded but many are not profitable to make. I haven’t looked through all of them but at least in one case the crafting cost is around 3 times the resell value.
This is for the original set of precursors. All the HoT precursors and legendary are account bound

Correction (of my previous now deleted post). The two intermediate steps are account bound but the final precursor can be traded. But I believe you can only craft one of each precursor unless this got changed recently.
GW2Efficiency’s craft’s page on precursor/legendary crafting shows you the crafting price relative to the TP price.

All the precursors and legendaries created for or after HoT are account bound (HOPE, Astralaria, Nevermore and the new mace).
All of the others are tradable until you equip them. For example if you craft The Legend you can sell it or use it to make The Bifrost and then you can either sell that or use it.
Making a profit is more complicated. Many of them are actually more expensive to craft than to buy, because the materials are needed for other things and the price is pushed down by people getting them free as drops or getting lucky on the Mystic Forge (or underestimating how much they’ve spent on rares/exotics to Forge). Plus reduced demand because some people who would previously have bought one will choose to craft it even if it costs more overall.
Some of them are profitable but which ones and by how much changes. I think there are websites which can tell you how much you’ll make from each one but I’m not sure what they are.

Oh cool, thank you for the site that’ll help me keep track of how much I need in the first place!
